Tuso is a British-Zimbabwean storyteller who is dedicated to pursuing the joys found in true connection.

There is story in everything, and the best part is always us. This is the ethos that guides the stories Tuso chooses to write and / or direct. Her work centres community, art and the experiences that are found between the two, which often leads her back to her exploring the role of dance floor in our lives! Whilst her essays are introspective and personal, her writing has external appeal, earning her publication both in print and online.

The written word is not where her creative expression ends. Tuso has a background in filmmaking, working specifically within the art department for short film and music videos, including a BFI funded film, and music visuals for the Mercury Prize-winning artist, Micheal Kiwanuka. She is now transitioning into directing her own work, often inspired by the art form she first fell in love with, music.
